Middlesbrough Youth Theatre will take to the stage with popular musical Cats next week. The talented group will be stepping out at Middlesbrough Theatre from Wednesday until Saturday. Cats, the musical composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber, is based on Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats by TS Eliot and each musical number is the story of a different cat. The Middlesbrough Youth Theatre show will feature a professional orchestra, stunning set and lighting. The production is directed and choreographed by Wendy Lowe and Janice Carmo and musical director is Steve Catchpole. 28 MAR 2014, Evening Gazette.
